Fashion luxury brand Burberry has unveiled its second Blankos Block Party NFT Collection in collaboration with Mythical Games.
Burberry, the fashion luxury brand, planted its roots in the Web3 space via a collaboration with Mythical Games in June 2021. And after that sell-out launch, Burberry is deepening their partnership by introducing a new character along with new accessories and a branded virtual world inside the Blankos Block Party NFT-based game.
As a follow-up to the successful release of the digital Burberry-branded Sharky B character last year, the fashion brand is releasing a new unicorn character, Minny B. Like Sharky B, Minny B features a playful interpretation of Burberry’s signature orange check and monogram.
A Closer Look into Minny B
Minny B is a mystical unicorn inspired by Burberry’s Animal Kingdom Code. The character was unveiled along with the brand’s most recent TB Summer Monogram print. Minny B is a playable NFT character, which can be used in the blockchain-based game. It comes with various digital accessories exclusively designed to upgrade Minny B’s look. Take a look at the pictures below for some of Minny B’s peripherals.
Another accessory to level up Minny B’s look is a seashell-inspired mobile phone, the “Shellphone,” which features the iconic TB Summer Monogram. There’s also a pair of sliders slippers for Minny B that also boasts the signature monogram.
Completing the look is a lucky horseshoe necklace. All of these accessories are available for purchase in-game beginning June 22.
Since Minny B is equipped with a spiraled horn and white wings, players can explore the Blankos virtual world by flying. Users will also be treated to a Burberry virtual world, a cabana-style resort intended to be a customized social space within the game called “The Oasis,” where players can connect.
The Oasis is a futuristic haven with decorations inspired by the natural world. It features an array of beaches with branded sailboats and sun loungers inspired by Burberry’s TB Summer Monogram physical destination takeovers in Saint-Tropez, Korea, Singapore, and Ibiza.
Blankos Block Party players who own Burberry’s first NFT character, Sharky B, are in line to receive a free Monogram bucket hat accessory (pictured below) which will be released in the coming weeks. The Burberry team believes rewarding users with such is a great way to build relationships.
“Being able to do that in the Blankos World is kind of the dream,” says Burberry global VP of channel innovation Rachel Waller. “We want to build a relationship. I think brands have done a lot of hype in this space and having a mechanism within Blankos to actually do that in-game is the direction of travel that we want to be going towards.”

The Minny B X Blankos Block Party NFT project ticks several boxes for Burberry in the virtual and physical worlds. The Web3 aspect offers a place where the brand can experiment with gaming, digital goods, NFTs, and Web3-style community building. On the other hand, the physical element lets them carry on with traditions like their summer destination pop-ups and limited edition B Series drops.
“We are on a learning curve, so there’s a huge amount of value in how we learn to engage with the community and new creators and how that relationship evolves. There is a huge amount that we measure in terms of what we are learning. That’s where the partnership becomes really important for us,” Waller says.
The new Blankos Block Party NFT collection and in-game accessories will be released as part of Burberry’s B Series—limited-edition product drops exclusively available on Burberry’s digital channels. As mentioned previously, the NFT collection will be available for in-game purchase to all Blankos Block Party players worldwide from June 22.
